I had my Italian friend Alessandro try peanut butter.. He looooved it.
So much that I let him have it and he's already eaten half of the jar.
(Brittany has some here too... I wasn't just giving it up totally) :P
I've been sick for the last week with a sore throat, cough and congestion. Alessandro gave me 2 lemons from his panini shop for me to drain and drink the juice to get better. He said, "no add sugar or water, just drink the juice to disinfect... you feel better tomorrow."
I'm holding this to him.
It's 1 AM on my last Friday in Rome and I'm already home for the night.
He told me, "don't worry if you can't go to the bathroom tomorrow." I asked, "HUH?!" he laughed and said, "uhh... lemons make your ass close." I guess I wasn't aware. He said, "Drink extra cup of coffee tomorrow, you'll be fine." Closest thing to doctor mom that I have here. :P
